About Journal of Organization Design
JOD has an editorial structure composed of Co-Editors Børge Obel (ICOA, Aarhus University) and Charles C. Snow (Penn State University), Associate Editors Richard M. Burton (Duke University), Martine Haas (Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania), Peter Klaas (Aarhus University), and Phanish Puranam (INSEAD), and an Editorial Board. Manuscripts are reviewed in a double-blind review process by at least two reviewers. A short but meticulous review process is of great importance to JOD.
Paper Submission Online
Manuscripts should be submitted to the journal at www.jorgdesign.net. Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, it will undergo copyediting, typesetting, and reference validation in order to provide the highest publication quality possible.
