Call for Papers – Special Issue on Organizing for Performance

In collaboration with the Performance Management Association (PMA) conference that will be held in Aarhus, Denmark from 25-27 June 2014 and co-hosted by the University of Cambridge and Aarhus University, the Journal of Organization Design is pleased to announce a call for papers for a special issue on Organizing for Performance.

Preference will be given to appropriate manuscripts from the conference, the primary theme of which is “Performance Management: Designing the High-Performing Organization”. Relevant topics for this special issue include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Organization Performance, Design & Big Data Analytics;
  • Organization Design for Resilience, Robustness & Agility;
  • Organization Design for Sustainable Enterprise Excellence

Journal of Organization Design has five types of papers: research papers, translational papers, urgent issues papers, point of view papers and finally case studies. Papers in all categories will be accepted.

 

Deadline for submission: September 15, 2014 using the JOD submission system www.jorgdesign.net
